I read a couple of Sci-Fi recommendations earlier that made my skin crawl. So, at no one’s request, I’ll post a short list of Sci-Fi movies you’ve got to see (in no particular order of importance):
Star Wars (at least the original trilogy)
Star Trek II: The Wrath of Khan
Close Encounters of The Third Kind
Planet of The Apes (the original)
Blade Runner
Alien
The Matrix
Jurassic Park (yes, I’m counting live dinosaurs as Sci-Fi)
Terminator
Back to The Future
Super 8
Metropolis
Tron
THX-1138
Aliens
Spaceballs
2001 A Space Odyssey
Yes, I realize some of them could be classified as “fantasy” more than Sci-Fi… But they’re on th elist nonetheless
